The Catholic Volunteers for Charity Movement of Guadalupe Parish, headed by energetic president Socorro Cermeno Valencia, organized a caroling last December.
Among the projects of the past year were supporting and assisting the fire victims of Pardo, distribution of bundles of joy to fire victims of Mambaling, feeding program to different districts of the city like Labangon, Zapatera, Guadalupe, Capitol Riverside and Tisa. The monthly projects undertaken by the Catholic Volunteers for Charity Movement are under the spiritual direction of Fr. Carlito Pono, parish priest of Guadalupe. This year's fund-raising will donate books to the public school children on English Literature and monthly feeding program in the different parts of the city. The CVCM officers and members acknowledge with gratitude all the donors during the caroling.
