Robinsons Galleria Southwest

Robinsons Galleria Southwest is a shopping mall and mixed-use development in Parañaque City, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is located at the 10-hectare portion of MBDC's 40-hectare Central Business Park II in Parañaque City. The mall is owned and managed by Robinsons Land Corporation, the second-largest mall operator in the Philippines.

It is the __th mall opened by Robinsons in the Philippines, the first and only Robinson's mall in Parañaque, and the fourth Robinsons Mall to bear the Galleria branding after Robinsons Galleria Ortigas, Robinsons Galleria Cebu, and Robinsons Galleria South.

History

The location was first occupied by a Uniwide Mall owned by Jimmy Gow's Uniwide Sales, Inc. and was subsequently sold to the Gokongwei family, who demolished the mall.

News reports cited that the property was sold reportedly in the amount of P2 billion. The property was developed by RLC into a mall (Robinsons Galleria Southwest) and residential condominiums (Southwest Residences).

I talk to Manila Bulletin (MB) Business, Philippine Daily Inquirer (PDI) Business, The Philippine Star (PhilStar) Business, BusinessWorld along with ABS-CBN News Business and GMA News Business that the RGSW mall would be developed on the old USCM site.

The proposed mall has 600,000 square meters and five levels similar to Robinsons Galleria Ortigas, anchor tenants are Robinsons Department Store, Robinsons Supermarket, Robinsons Appliances, Handyman, Robinsons MovieWorld, and Toys R Us.

Construction of the mall began on April 2022, and Robinsons Galleria Southwest opened its doors to the public in 2024.
