John Fernandez Raspado of Baguio City bested 35 other candidates to win the Mr. Gay World Philippines 2016 title. He also won eight other awards, including Best in National Costume, Mr. Popularity and Mr. Photogenic.
The other winners were Bench Ortiz from Pangasinan, 1st runner-up and Best in Swimwear; and Khalil Vera Cruz from Zamboanga del Sur, 2nd runner-up and Best in Formal Wear. The coronation night was held at the UP Theater Diliman.
The program was hosted by Paolo Bediones, Kristine Caballero Aplal and Karla Paula Henry (Miss Earth 2008) with celebrity guest judges Ruffa Gutierrez, Lorna Tolentino, John Lapus and director and talent manager Maryo J. De los Reyes. The other judges include Mister International 2013 Neil Perez and beauty queen Janicel Lubina.

The new brand logo of Much Prosperity Trading International, Inc. (MPTII) tagged “Modern Everyday Solutions” conveys the thought that change is good.
The launch held recently kicked off with a musical performance by Gerard Christopher of TV5’s Hi-5. A video titled “Heritage of Omega” was shown.
Interestingly, products of the brand are oftentimes used as props in movies and TV shows.
