The whole country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, the weather bureau said on Monday.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said this weather condition is caused by the easterlies.
Flashfloods or landslides are possible during severe thunderstorms, it added.
Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will prevail over the entire archipelago, PAGASA said.
