Wow time goes really fast. 15 years later gawa na yung sinasabing mall at kalahati ng condo (di nga lang sa taas ng mall kasi office bldg yung nasa taas) sa North Triangle. Kaso kalahati lang ng Vertis yung tapos na dahil sa mga informal settlers. Sana naman maging successful yung Vertis City
