TV5’s sports website page views hit 40 million
TV5 Network Inc. said its online sports website posted 40 million page views a month due to more local and international sports content.
ESPN5 and e-Sports vice president Lloyd Dennis Manaloto said ESPN5.com had a total 1.8 million active users since its launching in January 2018.
“Our strongest content would probably be NBA, PBA and ESPN’s senior NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarowski,” he added.

Under the partnership, TV5’s “Sports 5” will be rebranded as “ESPN 5,” encompassing all sports coverage on TV5. In addition, ESPN will license to TV5 over 2,500 hours of additional programming a year from its portfolio of sports rights, original programming, and studio programs.
ESPN is 80 percent owned by ABC Inc., an indirect subsidiary of The Walt Disney Co., while Hearst Corp. holds a 20-percent interest in the US-based global cable and satellite sports television channel.
