Your favourite channel on everything lifestyle, from food to travel to style, is now getting its own makeover! Home of well-loved TV personalities in and out of the country, Lifestyle channel is changing its name to Metro Channel, with a new HD channel joining our lineup of high definition channels.

The channel was a joint venture between the Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) of Hong Kong and Nation Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) of the Philippines and formerly known as GTV from 1974 to 1980, MBS from 1980 to 1986, TVB Lifestyle Network from 1986 to 1995, TVB Indosiar Lifestyle Network from 1995 to 2015 and TVB Indosiar Lifestyle from 2015 to March 31, 2018.

It having a new studio at DoubleDragon Plaza, DD Meridian Park corner Macapagal Avenue and EDSA Extension, Bay Area, Pasay City, that having state of the art high definition television studio facilities, a larger newsroom and administrative offices. The larger newsroom was replicating the NBC News Studio in New York, U.S.A.
