Ronnie Liang gives back

In an effort to pay it forward, singer and Best Actor awardee Ronnie Liang visited an orphanage recently in his hometown Angeles City.

As expected, Ronnie, ambassador of Gentry Charities, brought smiles to the wards of Tuloy Foundation by distributing food, clothes and other gifts. He even performed a song number for the children and volunteers of the foundation.

The “Pinoy Dream Academy” Season 1 finalist, a Viva talent, is currently busy with “100 Tula ni Stella,” a movie co-starring JC Santos and Bela Padilla. It is one of the entries to the inaugural Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino (PPP), a project of the Film Development Council of the Philippines that kicks off Aug. 13.

Ronnie will also be seen alongside Ella Cruz and Julian Trono in the film “Fan Girl/ Fan Boy” slated for showing on Sept. 16.

His newest single, “Nagiisang Ikaw,” has been gaining positive feedback. He will soon launch the accompanying music video of the song.

By the way, Ronnie always donates part of his talent fee to Tuloy Foundation.
