The show, directed by Bernardo Bernardo, will have three sets of emcees: Cavite Governor Bong Revilla and Mikee Cojuangco, Eric Quizon and Zsa Zsa Padilla, and husband-and-wife team Rudy Fernandez and Lorna Tolentino.

The singers/performers include: Pops Fernandez, Nonoy Zuniga, Marco Sison, Ivy Violan, Regine Velasquez, Vina Morales, Jerome Florentino and Rachel Alejandro, Joey Ayala, Ima Castro, Dulce, Lani Misalucha, Jaya, Rico Puno, Pilita Corrales, Bert Nievera, Anjanette Abayari

Nora Aunor will sing the Philippine national anthem a cappella and a Basil Valdez song , "Iduyan Mo."

A 20-minute spectacular fireworks display over Manila Bay behind the grandstand will end the evening's program, while the El Shaddai group will feed the masses with 5,000 pork lechon and 20,000 lechon manok.
