Beauty Queens Spread Cheers In HK

Miss World 2013 Megan Young and Miss World-China Wenxia Yu warmed up the Filipino crowd in the recent Globe Kababayan Jam staged at the Chater Garden in Hong Kong.

Their presence was one of many surprises to everyone present as Globe and its partner CSL awarded HK$5,000 each to four lucky winners to purchase goods for their families back in the Philippines. The telco and its partner shouldered shipping costs to have the “pasalubong” packages delivered minus the fuss.

The Miss World mavens encouraged the OFWs in attendance to avail of free services from Globe to call and text their loved ones back home courtesy of the Globe-CSL Filipino Prepaid SIM, which offers the lowest call rate from Hong Kong to any Globe number in the Philippines at HK$ 0.95/minute.
